Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes
Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Demonstrate a consultative approach in positioning products and services to clients pertaining to service recovery, life changing events, and advice situations
Follow up with clients from inbound sales opportunities
Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner
Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols
Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience
Follow standardized procedures to meet client needs and conduct research for complex requests
Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement
Document inbound high opportunity client and team feedback in support of service improvement efforts within the business
Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound high opportunity client service requests.
Oversee a team of customer service and ensure they are providing an exceptional client experience
Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met
Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals
Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting edge client experience
Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly
A strong working knowledge of digital marketing mix including email, SEO, PPC, Social & Affiliates.
English proficiency in written communication preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and 2+ years marketing experience required with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results. Proven experience in a leadership role is required
